Evaluation -Question 1

When i started to look for inspiration for my work i looked at clips life on Mars and ashes to ashes. The use of the voice over in our work is a redundant idea because it’s been done before and we are using it the same way life on mars have done as well, to show what’s happened. I started to look at Lego animation in depth to inspire me. There was many websites that inspired me i previously spoke about them in my market research.

I think our target audience will like our work for the creativity we decided to use with he Lego. This is something many children will recognize with and will enjoy watching the programme. We had some interextuality shoots in our work for example the shoot of Jordon turning round and seeing the world map or when he picks up the child development book, we decided to take out because they didn’t understand these.

When we were looking towards audience research we did notice in many cases the focus of the cast and not the developers of the programme. This is why we didn’t feature our names in our video work.

My Auteur theory does take texts from other work and includes them in his own. In both pieces of my coursework from this and last year I’ve had a sudden twist in my plot, I think this is one of my running patterns i use in my work (women turning out be man or Lego character turned into human).

The way audiences might read my text as preferred or optional. really did differ on the people i asked, my target market really enjoyed it and took a preferred reading however people my age didn’t understand it.
